Our Strategic Planning Committee is pleased to share the final draft of the proposed 2020-2025 Casa Youth Shelter Strategic Plan with our community and stakeholders.

The Plan has been crafted over ten months, with broad stakeholder input and support, including survey responses on community needs from over 350 individuals and representatives from private and public organizations, schools, volunteers, staff, and supporters; community based focus groups; and one-on-one interviews with key partners, donors, and governmental representatives.
